I built my corporate career in the e-learning and healthcare IT space in Phoenix, Chicago and Denver - dutifully taking my place on nearly every square on the marketing team org chart at one time or another.

With my nearly 20 years experience, in 2019, I knew it was time to build a new org chart.  

Make that an entirely new org. On my terms.

I came back to my PR roots, andI soon realized that my clients could easily and effortlessly talk about their company, their product, their approach.  But talking about themselves? That didn’t come as easily. 

This lit a fire in me. I knew it was my calling to help these female founders own and tell their story. What makes them unique.  Who they are meant to impact.  What connects them to their community. The expertise, skills and results they’ve rightfully earned.
